1. About MyBias
MyBias (“we”, “us”) is a free fan-made web application that pairs a 16-question MBTI personality quiz with a curated K-pop idol database. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any K-pop agency, management company, or idol. This is an independent fan project.
2. MBTI Types
All MBTI personality types shown are publicly reported results from fan profiles, variety shows, or idol self-reports. Idols retest over time and types may change. This content is for entertainment purposes only and is not scientific or psychological advice.
3. Idol Photos
Idol portraits are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under CC licenses (credited per profile) or are official/press photos used under fair use / promotional grounds. Photos remain the property of their respective agencies and photographers. Personality and publicity rights are separate from copyright.
4. Free Service & Pro Subscription
The core app — quiz, bias matching, idol database, bias battle — is free with no signup. MyBias Pro is an optional subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of the period you paid for. For billing issues, contact us and we will do our best to help.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the AI endpoints (rate limits apply), attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape bulk data, or use the service for commercial purposes without permission. We may restrict access for violations.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation
MyBias is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
