For 5 members, we compute C(5,2) = 10 unique pairs. Each pair gets a synergy score (0-100) based on shared MBTI personality axes. The group's overall chemistry is the average of all 10 pair scores. Higher scores mean more personality harmony; lower scores mean more creative diversity.
